After Breifly Playing a yoga game on the wii , i bravley jumped in to yoga and went and bought this kit. I took 2 classes back when i was a young kid but didnt follow it through. This kit isnt essential to someone who hasnt got money to spare but nether the less it makes the work out so much relaxing and easy.
Before i bought this kit , i'll be honest and say i had never heard of tunturi , i got the kit of amazon for ?18 now there are cheaper kits about but i feel this was better Quality than the rest. The hard foam like mat has held up well for a year or so and is essential for basic yoga excercises. It rolls up easily which is nice for easy storage.
The 2 Blocks are also well suited to the harder stretches on the body , if your planning on getting a high quality set then this is definatley the one ! The chart is good for beginners but you can look that sort of thing up on the web. Whether your a beginner or professional i definatley recommend this kit.
4/5 Star Quality For Me.
