| I think it's easier to build muscles while you're a bit heavier. I find it quite hard to maintain low body fat and be gaining muscle at the same time.

| Talk to a trainer if possible. But I'm pretty sure at the very least you'd need to do BOTH cardio and strength workouts consistently while on a high protein/low fat diet. _________________ Balance is needed within the universe, can be demonstrated in most/all concepts/things. Black/White, Good/Evil, etc.
All dependent upon your own perspective in your own form of existence, so trust your own gut and live the way YOU want/need to. |

| Im exercising since january but im kinda thin so its hard to build big muscles, to me, gaining weight is nearly impossible, that pisses me off sometimes... |
